Adult Class Times are: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Rates for Adult Classes are: $75 per month

Contracts: None

Test Fees: None (Other than the cost of the belt which is about $7)

Club Fees: None

Cost of Uniform: Around $80 and lasts anywhere from 2-5 years if cared for properly

Equipment Fees: Vary, as needed, but not mandatory

Our Adult Classes consist of:

Young Adults:

15-17 year-old students train alongside the older adults learning the techniques appropriate to their age group.  Effectiveness is kept with care being given to ensure that they understand the importance of personal space for both themselves as well as for others they encounter both in and out of class.  Students are able to achieve the rank of Junior Black Belt, and at the age of 18 will be promoted to an equivalent rank after having demonstrated proper form, technique and attitude.

Adults 18 & Up:

Students in this group will learn all the techniques and all the forms in detail for maximum comprehension to ensure that the execution of each movement becomes second nature.  Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energy aspects are all trained increasingly along this path to ensure that each individual is well-balanced, well-rounded and ready to resolve conflicts of any type.  Students become stronger, more flexible, have greater endurance, focus and resolve and develop self-confidence, self-respect and self-control in all facets of their life.  Each technique is taught in multiple forms and is tested and retested for effectiveness in self-defense situations so that every student has a ready arsenal at their disposal that they are comfortable and confident with.
